बीडी कल्ला साहब, आपके विधानसभा में जवाब के अनुसार, (1) शिक्षाकर्मी, पैराटीचर व मदरसा पेरा टीचर को नियमित करने की परम्परा नहीं है तो अक्टूबर 2008 में वसुंधरा राजे सरकार ने 20060 संविदा कर्मचारियों को प्रबोधक किस परम्परा से बनाया। (2) आपको संविदा कर्मचारियों की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने में 3 साल से अधिक समय क्यों लगा। (3) रिपोर्ट तैयार है तो अब तक केबिनेट बैठक में पास क्यों नहीं करवाया। (4) पैराटीचर, शिक्षाकर्मी व मदरसा पैराटीचर संविदाकर्मी नहीं हैं तो क्या है। किस कैडर के अंतर्गत आते हैं। (5) 2017 में क्या आपकी सरकार थी जैसा कि आपने विधानसभा में कहा। (6) चुनाव घोषणा पत्र  2018 में कांग्रेस पार्टी ने मदरसा पैराटीचर, राजीव गांधी पैराटीचर व शिक्षकर्मियों को संविदाकर्मी मानते हुये नियमित करने की घोषणा क्यों की। (7) घोषणा पत्र को राजकीय  नीतिपत्र केबिनेट में प्रस्ताव द्वारा घोषित किया पर अमल नहीं किया। ऐसा क्यों जब पैराटीचर, शिक्षाकर्मी व मदरसा पैराटीचर संविदा कर्मी ही नहीं हैं तो आपने जनता को गुमराह क्यों किया व राजकीय नीति में गलत तथ्य प्रस्तुत कर राज सम्मान को क्षति क्यो...
